I’ve started working on Internet Marketing for one and half months (more or less). This month, my income from Google Adsense is USD50 and it’s not even month end yet. I’m very excited and happy about this new opportunity. Can’t wait to duplicate the system. My new goal is to reach USD100/day.

Anyway, gotta go to shop now. Business has been really good. I’m very proud of my staff. They are doing such a good job running the place by themselves. I hardly need to be there anymore. Thank you, Universe!

For three days, I had no problems with the connection. Everything was so fast. Speed was awesome. During my university days in US, I had T3 connection when staying in the dormitory. After returning to Malaysia and using Streamyx for many years now, I forgot how a broadband speed is supposed to be.

My enjoyment was short-lived. Yesterday night, I started experiencing all sorts of problems with the DLink router TM gave me. Out of 10 computers connected to the router, only a few had internet connection. The rest were sort of blocked by the router to proceed with DNS request. Feeling so frustration and after explaining to so many customers, I didn’t know what to do. Hubby came and helped me. We came across this manual written by a UniFi user http://unifi.athena.my and finally realized a few things.

1) TM configured the router to have two types of login. One as “admin” and another as “operator”. They only revealed the “admin” one to me. The “operator” login was a higher level and has more access to router settings. Worst, they set default passwords for this login. Geez! Why would they do that? It’s so dangerous especially for shop owners like me. What if my customers knew about this and login as “operator” and hack my system or changed the settings? Where is the security in this?

2) The DLink router TM gave sucks. It seems that a lot of people are complaining about this router. So, hubby followed the instructions from http://unifi.athena.my to turn the DLink router into a bridge and use my previous expensive router. It worked!

I feel so blessed to have him. He’s like my hero.

Another problem with UniFi was the free phone line that came with it. From day one, the phone couldn’t be used. There were tones but calls cannot be made out or received. I called them at least 7 times today. At least 3-4 calls were dropped halfway in the conversation. Two of the representatives were rude. I was so frustrated.

After all these UniFi ordeals, I’m glad that everything is up and running properly. I have nothing to blog about these days so I thought I’d blog about this so that people can take precautions. Haha.

My mind was screaming “Yahooooooo!”

As soon as I hung up the phone, I danced around XCool’s room. My third sale and the biggest one thus far. There are some conditions I need to iron out between the buyer and seller. They are both strong-headed person and I got lectured a little by the seller. Universe is giving me lessons on how to deal with all types of people. I will persevere. This sale is mine!

This afternoon, XCool and I went to pay hotel banquet deposit for our wedding. I want to engage an external decor so the flowers the hotel had in their packages were of no use to us. I had been wishing and hoping for them to permit an exchange for other things we need. I wanted unlimited corkage and free LCD projector rental in exchange. After a quick and dirty calculation, that would save me at least RM2500 as I expect to have a lot of wine bottles that night. I added this into my list of “Things for Universe to do”. You know what happened? After we sat down with the banquet manager and I highlighted the point, she quickly told me she will upgrade my package to include unlimited corkage and free LCD projector rental. I was blinking excessively with happiness (don’t know if she saw it haha). I don’t even to make effort to negotiate with her. Then, I haven’t been very happy about them giving free flow of cordial and charge us for soft drinks. I prefer soft drinks to cordial. I mentioned that to her and she upgraded our package from cordial to soft drinks. Happy!!!!! I’m going to blow my guests away with an awesome wedding. Everything is falling into place like how I want them to be. Now… what theme should I go for?

Another highlight for this week -> we’ve identified another possible part-time business to go into. He’s working very hard to research on this new thing. It’s his specialty. I see a lot of opportunities in this. Today I called an ex colleague of mine (also my MM friend) and I found out that he left rat race few weeks ago. I’m so happy for him! Also, I am not sure if I’ve mentioned this but my dear friend Pei San left rat race last month too! Couldn’t be happier for them. Enjoy the freedom, folks!

Things are looking up. I think the lessons I’ve received from Abraham-Hicks really brought me back up again. I feel so lucky to have friends who are approachable and constantly remind me what life is really all about. Thank you, Universe!

In Abraham-Hicks words, I learnt the normal Law of Attraction things that I’ve already known. In addition to that, the new thing I’ve learnt so far is to let my emotions be the guide. Just like how a sculptor will use their hands to mould their art into the shape they want, we should listen to our emotions and let it be the guide to mould the energies towards what we want. We should be alert of how we feel at all times. If you have negative feelings, try to acknowledge that and then divert your thoughts to something that will bring back the happy emotions.

I have many more audio tracks to listen. Will share with you more as I go along. Everyday, I try to be positive and just let things go. I think he has caught up with my energies and also work towards more improvements. I’m happy to have a soon-to-be husband who is so understanding and flexible. The fact that he’ll listen to me and reflect on himself makes him different from all the guys I’ve ever dated. He’s here just to accompany me while I take care of my shop for long hours. I’m smiling while I write this. Thank you, Universe!

When I started this blog, my intention was to become a Money Magnet (I still am btw). At that time, I was placing all my focus and priorities on making money. It is as though that became the purpose of my life. While doing so, I realised more and more that money really ain’t that important after all. Sure, I won’t argue. Money is important to survive and live a comfortable life. But that’s about it. Maybe I should change my nickname… nah. It’s okay.

I learnt that there are many other things in life that are more important. Biggest one of all is love. Romantic love, friend’s love, family’s love, love for animals, love for your passion. Get the idea? Love, love, love. Nothing but Love. I truly love the people around me and I know that love is the best gift I can receive from them. I choose Love. Thank you all.

Well, I think I’m one step closer to finding my life purpose. Love is definitely one of them.

I’m sorry if I might stop writing about money making journey materials. I just think that it’s better for me to keep them P&C. Sorry. I’ll probably log some not so P&C stories and my happiness when I make achievements in that department but you may not know what it’s all about.

By the way, I’m going to change my property investment plan. Time for me to multiply. I’m eyeing two potential areas and waiting for the right deals to come along. Property investment is so rewarding when you do your homework properly. I love this game a lot. Property investment will be part of the source of my wealth. Thank you, Universe!

This morning, I feel better and I know things will improve more and more. I’m ready to continue from where I have left off. I find myself having to make cold calls again. The last time I had to do this was back in 2008 when I worked for FAA during a short period of time. Well, it wasn’t really a cold call but more like a follow up call at that time. Nevertheless, I’m motivated and excited.

I’ve received a few calls (3 calls in exact) from Monday and yesterday. All 3 of the calls is bringing me great news. My luck is changing. Yay!

Dear Universe, thanks for the lessons. I ask for your guidance in everything that I set my mind on doing. I want to improve my interpersonal skills as I understand that it is important in this business. Please give me the strength to be a better person in all areas.

Another interesting thing was that a few of my friends suddenly caught up with me. Two of them (a chap and lady both on different occasions) told me that their career directions have slowed down and they are looking for new opportunities. Both asked if I would like to work together to come up with something. I do not oppose the idea despite my busy schedule. However, the challenge now is to come up with ideas first. What is the “something” for us to work together?

While we are looking for ideas, I have a few friends who also caught up with me to announce that they are starting some big businesses. I’m so happy for them. One in particular really caught me off guard. I never thought he would come up with something like this. Bravo! Then another lady friend of mine also started her own business. I never thought she would take the plunge because she was quite a risk averse person. But she did and I am proud of her.

Questions on my mind constantly. What is the purpose of my life? What am I here for? Am I fulfilling my purpose everyday? Mind boggling.

Early in the morning, I drove all the way to Government Complex in KL. Words cannot expressed how happy I was when I found out that my business grant has been approved!!! It’s like money falling down from the sky. When I applied for this grant, many people gave me a lot of negative remarks. “It’s not going to be easy”, “Don’t waste your time”. “You think you can get free money?”. I didn’t listen to them and go ahead anyway. Yes, it took a year plus to get it approved but hey, who’s complaining? It’s really free money! Happy! This reminds me of what I’ve learnt in Money Mastery… a lot of things in this world are free. You just need to believe and don’t be afraid to ask.

Next, I got one call that has good news. At that point, I thought my day was super awesome already.

Come evening, I called up a friend for dinner. While driving to meet her, I received another call bringing a good opportunity. Whoa! This is really my lucky day.

Later at night, I received another call. This is was from my sister. She gave me another good news.

Now you see what a good day this is. Haha. I have a feeling that the whole week will be just as awesome. I love my life. My Facebook friend is right. It is a choice! Thank you, Universe!

I’ve been receiving a lot of advices such as “go with the flow and things will be okay”. Yeah. Well. I guess it’s true. Things always find its own way to okay valley. Trust in the Universe. Have some faith. Be patient.

Meeting an ex secondary school mate tomorrow to check out his wedding photography portfolio and packages. He’s quite successful and famous now. Let’s see if we could engage him…
