Properties in Klang Valley
For the last one week, I’ve been going around looking at landed properties in Klang Valley. In many unimaginable ways, the scene is not that beautiful. I will write an elaborated piece on my experience next time.
Land in Klang Valley is getting scarce lately. Developers are building houses further and further away from city centre. Even so, with the improved infrastructure (ie. highways with toll), it is still possible for us to get a decent NEW house within 25 mins drive from your hangout/work/business places. When I said NEW, I meant buying a house that has not been tenanted before.
I fell in love with the houses in Setia Alam. It is only 20 mins drive from Subang and Damansara area. Very convenient. Township planning is nicely done. However, the house price at that area shot up like crazy and properties are so overpriced! It’s insane. I will tell you more next time about this too. House for own stay is a liability, just like a car. I would rather stay in a smaller house and use my cash to invest in getting more assets.
In the end, I found a house I like. Price is acceptable. May be a little smaller but I can visualize how cozy it’ll be. It has lots of potential. Can even easily turn into an investment piece if I want to.
Happiness! Yay!

Made another sale today. I just love the sound of my second phone ringing because it means sales are coming in.
Thank you, Universe! :*
